The volunteer chairman of the Cleaner Air Partnership is Tom Stallard, a Woodland attorney whose many business and civic pursuits include founding a legislative research firm, launching a historic building renovation firm called the “Rose Colored Glass Company” and serving eight years on the Yolo County Board of Supervisors. Tom is a staunch supporter of policies that improve air quality, well-being and quality of life. He also supports the arts and historic preservation and has dedicated countless hours to numerous community organizations. |

Kori Titus
CEO, Breathe California of Sacramento-Emigrant Trails

Founded in 1917, Breathe California Sacramento-Emigrant Trails (BCSET) is one of the most active nonprofit agencies advocating for clean air in the Sacramento area. The organization helped pass initiatives that brought light rail to Sacramento and has coordinated leading-edge research on air quality and health, among other accomplishments. Kori took the reins of BCSET as CEO in 2009, and the organization has continued to thrive focusing on creating community awareness, enhancing air quality management programs and addressing specific air quality issues.

Former Intel Corp. executive Bill Mueller took over day-to-day management of the Partnership in 2005 upon Dr. Jude Lamare's retirement. He is the CEO and Managing Partner of Valley Vision, a regional nonprofit that works to enhance the six-county Sacramento region’s quality of life. Bill served as Intel's Global Business Systems Manager after managing local public affairs for several California sites. He previously served as Vice President of Public Policy for the Sacramento Metro Chamber and as a public policy consultant and press secretary for elected officials at the state and federal levels.
